USB hard disk error: "You need to format the disk in drive

As in previous post, I was using my USB hard disk for a word document when suddenly, I was unable
to save my file. When I double-clicked on the disk's icon in my computer, the
error message shows "You need to format the disk in drive F: before you can
use it".
The diskpart solution doesn't work because the USB only appear as a volume not as a disk. The disk management option show a 200 MB

I think you have got the idea of what issue I getting. I have installed IE 9 on the computer. well changing defaults as well as associated file types between the WMP and QuickTime did not make any difference into the situation of mine. In my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone I am facing problem with the Google voice. I am not able to make calls though the Google voice. The native dialer in my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone is working properly but nit able to make calls. Please help me to solve this issue.

Recently I have installed IE 9 on the computer. well I was looking to Zoom at 150 but it did not seems working and it returning to the 100. So I am not able to read tiny stuffs on the webpage. In my computer I was using internet explorer 8 and recently I have upgrade the browser from IE 8 to IE 9. In my browser I have also installed some add-ons. Now my problem is whenever I start the Internet explorer 9 browser in my computer at that time I get voice telling about how to delete cookies. What should in do to stop that. Please help me to solve this issue?

I think yes its difficult to do this.it is following to inconceivable to re-try every last item the exact same technique, but in HD? Every last trace of the maps are not there, the channeled is not the same, etc.Hell not even in HD. Simply an effortless port with the same graphics could work for me. I dont grasp changing something and not making it identical.

last when i start the system i have got the error message saying that: "please connect the device boot system". My OCZ Vertex2 seems to have been dead and carshing. BSOD 0x024 no xp startup cd's

Hi,
Am trying to fix my computer which has been having the dreaded BSOD with the error 0x024. Have tried entering into any mode possible with no luck. can enter into the bios, but not sure what i can do there to fix it.
i don't have any of the xp start up cd's and am having trouble locating any to borrow. i had a power failure last week which we think mught be the cause.
