Star World HD broadcasting SD versions of the programs... Posted: 30 Sep 2011 02:48 AM PDT Of late, I see a disturbing trend. Back in the initial days, all shows on Star World HD used to be HD. But these days I see a lot of SD content. "Dexter" used to be aired in HD. Now it is SD. So are a couple of other shows. Why should we pay extra to watch the SD content on this HD channel? Another interesting observation. An HD program that I recorded - converted itself to SD after a few days! I know it sounds crazy. (Other HD recordings are playing in HD.) Not sure if this is a problem with my STB. Any comments? |

Posted: 30 Sep 2011 02:31 AM PDT So, are you still facing the problem for settings ? In my case i got OTA setting immediately after insert the sim. In my case the APN is aircelgprs (not with the .pr) & even i am Prepaid. If you are using Nokia & if your handset support kindly goto Menu -> Tools -> Sett.Wizard.. you'll get the settings. I'll update whenever the speed problem is resolved. |
