Want Samson StudioDock 3i, 4i with better sound

I want to purchase the speaker because my laptop's speaker sound is very slow. But I have a StudioDock 3i, 4i. The StudioDock i4's should have a better reply very slow in the frequency range with faintly more power output and a 4.25 inch driver. And they might sound a bit better through USB because the Digital to Analog exchange done inside the speaker may be better to that on an old sound card. P
