The reason for the sale is probably he wants to buy the 4th Gen ipod with camera. I had the 3rd gen too but gifted it away since I had bought an ipad and iphone 4. A good deal is around 8K

I had similar troubles and did manage to get a booking once but in my urgency I entered my CC information wrong :(
Eventually had to pay an agent, cannot help it, we live in a crooked country.
I heard that when booking via mobile, the servers are different and that usually succeeds, not sure though.
Also there is a quick book in irctc, that should typically be used when booking tatkal.

Though we are paying Rs. 100 monthly for HD channels, Dish is demanding an additional one time fee of Rs. 150 for getting the world cup in HD. Our money is never enough for these greedy corporates.
Sun DTH is providing it free provided one has a 6 month balance...

@chetan31 U are right. Airtel's service is detorating......And as far as their 3G is concerned, Its still in the launching phrase. I think it will not be the same, once they launch their service in all circles where they have licence. And on the other hand, their tariff is pathetic. So that's why, may be they are providing good service. Otherwise they will hardly find any 3G subscribers. Anyways lets not discuss the cons of Airtel here since this is a DOCOMO thread. And my question is will DOCOMO take any step to improve their Customer care at least and educate them properly on the product.

@iChaitanya, the Speed issue on EDGE/GPRS will always remain. Ones an operator launches 3G, they will always reduce the 2G speed to attract more customer towards 3G. There is nothing we can do about it.

hi all,ultimately i sent out porting requeston thursday,
after forth attempt i got porting request no.
twice i got reply message as no preconfig.reply or so.
ultimately i got message that your request is recieved and our team will get in touch with you.

yesterday,i got call from airtel,they offered me two months rental free usage and all vas free(missed call alerts free).
they themself offered that you send this message again after 2 months.

guys i want to know,can i port from airtel mumbai to bsnl maharashtra??

The rolling camera is working now. So there are 2 camera angles. When the service was discontinued 3 years ago, full screen live telecast was possible and Actve content was possible to be viewed just by pressing the red button.

This was not expected from Tata Sky. No cricket lover would prefer to watch the match in smaller size.

your assumptions are wrong my friend...there are users for over 3 years now who have recently got shifted to 182.237 range ...just like you my ip also keeps shifting between 58.146 and 182.237 range but i can download in mbps from others...only these users who always are assigned 182.237 range are giving net speed.

I checked with the local retailer and they have the D2H HD DVR in stock The price is 6499/- and has the capability to record upto 200 hrs. 7 channels available including NGC, Discovery, Movies Now, ESPN, Star plus....
The shop owner didnt had any broacher ready with him, as D2H are yet to provide one.

During morning(for the past 2 days) my TV goes blank but only with the title bar(which shows the channel name) showing service unavailable. After multiple attempts it comes back to normal. Anyone facing these problem?

In all the channels when the camera pans in a video i can see some pixelation, when the camera is static everything is fine. Have you ever seen a cricket match in a 40" lcd with SD DTH? That's the effect i'm talking about...guide me...

I can't see the 95 BC anymore on Vodafone website , also the same is missing from MobiKwik website and not present by dialing *444*. If this is true, then certainly this is very sad news..are there any other alternatives?

I was using Flash 256 KBps plan, last month i recieved a mail from Tata Indicom that there is a special plan for you (infinty 500 KBPs), i replied to that mail asking more about plan . Few days back when i recieved my last bill, i shocked to know that they hav changed my plan to Infinity 500 KBps without even asking me . Tried calling customer care but as usual they are dumb, they refused to register my complaint & even i written mail to them but no reply till yet.

Any1 can tell me to whom i can contact to degrade my plan to Flash 256 KBps ??

I am also using the same (5230 and Bsnl 3G), and the top speed for my connection is shown as 460.8 Kbps.
Is it the max the phone supports? since I when I use the same sim with Micromax USB modem , Then it works at 3.6 Mbps (max speed ).
