How to increase speed/size of internet dongle

I want to increase the speed of my internet. I've a nokia internet dongle it's total size 40 mb and when I connect my phone to pc to browse the internet then it gives very slow speed. It takes nearly 15 minutes to open a web page. I don't understand how to increase my speed. Is there any way from which I can increase my speed. Please give me some suggestion to increase my speed. Please help me.

Data lost, after adding another admin account

There is a strange problem occurred in my account, I've lost all my data after creating a new admin account. I don't know why this happen, I'm not able to delete or access the old one and I cannot access the data which was stored on my system. Please tell me why this happening, I don't understand anything. I installed Linux Mint 10 a few of weeks before, I installed wine and it would protest each time I attempted to unlock an .exe so I uninstalled it, because I have VirtualBox. Yesterday I installed DOSEMU, and it will not unlock, not anything occurs in any way. So I installed Dosbox and which will in fact effort. I to need to know is the "Anonymous login " a needed logon user or not. I have Vista S.P. 2 on lap top 32 bit. Can I just remove the "Anonymous login" ? I am getting a pop up window for the first time shortly after I sighn on under ADMIN user saying " ANONYMOUS IS LOGON" evem thou I am logon as ADMIN.
