Problem with BSNL modem / wirelss frequently disconnects

Posted: 23 Jan 2011 03:07 AM PST

Hi. Am new to this forum. I have a problem with my bsnl wireless broadband and its driving me crazy.

BSNL recently gave me a wireless moden which was AN1020-21.

The problem now is that when I use wireless, the connection drops frequently (like every 2 - 3 minutes). But on the same modem, if you use the connection via LAN cable, the connection is stable and good.

Pls let me know what the probelm is. Could it be a modem problem? I had a different modem earlier and did not have this issue.

Thanks.

the same in the case of upload speed of E1752 it upload speed is 2mbps, if you update its firmware soft it will get 5mbps.

Any help to fix this is highly appreciated.
