He said he was considering 10 Mbps instead of 5 Mbps at 2.5k. So that may make the 2/5 Mbps plan 5/10 Mbps or something.

airtel impatient one marketing campaign was a grossly misleading one.

and now we have up to 21mbps on 3G campaigns.

sadly, there is nothing informed customers can do about it.

if so. then this plan is worthless to me. absoulutely worthless. and i was thinking india has developed thats why i am getting good speed. stupid connection. stupid bsnl. is there a better plan out there which will give me greater or equal to 2mbps while monthly rental being between 500-900 thru which i can download upto 50-240 Gb per month

i cant believe this. i was flying in the sky. this is like pathal lok to me. how can this be. what ist he plan worth. if only for 8gb. 8gb can be downloaded in just 4.5 hours at 4mbps speed. then how is it worth anything. i still think it cant be . it must be 8gb per day. oh God please let it be.

I am in pune and i have experience the speed drop.

Its been almost 45 days now i am using it. Got good speed upto 2.8 mbps for first 25 days almost and then suddenly it was only upto 0.6- 0.8 mbps.

I used to get full 5 bars all these 45 days, but from today morning i am getting 2-3 bars only. I have no clue what has caused drop in range bars. Anybody ?

I used Tata Indicom Wimax in 2008 and i never liked their service because of pathetic speeds. I was on upto 2Mbps plan and always use to get 500kbps. In a span of 6 months, never got more than 1Mbps. Many complaints were in vain and more over i was paying some 1.2K every month for such pathetic speeds.
Then switched to Airtel Broadband. Fantastic service. No issues for almost 10 months of usage. IMO they dont have good plans that suites me. Hence switched to BSNL.
BSNL Broadband service is good and their plans are good but CC is pathetic.

BSNL ULD 900 plan may suit you. 4Mbps speed upto 8GB and 256kbps after that. Monthly rental of 900 with 400 free calls. Checkout my earlier posts and compare plans.
