Clock changes the time automatically in Windows 7

I am running Windows 7 in my computer. I have checked the time on BIOS and it is correct. Time zone is also properly set. I don't know what the problem with the clock is. It automatically adds or reduces one hour and shows me time one hour fast or delayed. There is no problem with the date. It is correct. Do you have any idea about this?
