Hi hope someone can help, running Vista 32bit on Dell Vostro 1700 cannot shut down normally as it just hangs in shutting down page with the circle rotating. Bios is version A02 tried to load new bios A07 which requires a reboot but cannot complete the change due to the hang up issue. can leave it all day, and find it still "shutting down" Anyone able to help ?? please! had this for several weeks.
