How to make Broadband Connect automatic connected all the time... Posted: 23 Nov 2010 02:16 AM PST Yes...There is definitely a way for this. You have to configure it in PPPoE mode rather than your existing bridge mode. And these settings interface differs in different router models. In PPPoE mode the router keeps your user name and password and makes a connection request automatically when power ON. So basically its the same this with my procedure :D |

Tata Sky HD Purchase not possible? Posted: 23 Nov 2010 01:49 AM PST contact your local STB dealer ask him to get a HD STB for you . The installation of a HD STB only requires the HD STB and the new card which comes with it (no new dish) . Make sure you ask the dealer before you buy if he will activate the HD pack for you. Thats all. or you can send a mail to tata sky at their help id and ask them for a box. |

TATA DOCOMO launches Unlimited GPRS plans!! Posted: 23 Nov 2010 01:41 AM PST Don't expect anything from customer care... They will just call ans ask you "what's your problem?". They are of no use. Same is the case with Nodal Officers of TATA DOCOMO. I've some PPTs demonstrating how to connect to internet. But I don't know how to attach them. Can anybody tell me so that I can attach them. They would be helpful to others who are facing similar problems. Regards, Nitin ---------- Post added at 03:11 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:03 PM ---------- Yes TATADOCOMO, this (Positive response) is a thing to be happy as it is rarest of rare case as far as your service is concerned...! |

Posted: 23 Nov 2010 12:43 AM PST Hmmm... I did also get the feel of pro BJP stance there. However, unless I am mistaken, BRF is the only Indian forum where one can actually have bouts with the Indian intellectuals. They are generally biased against newbies and definitely against "mavericks", but I think the trick would be to hang around and present your viewpoints (with accessible references) in a delicate sort of way without being too aggressive about it. As Mahatama Gandhi said: "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win." I have a feeling that some government people and politicians trawl BRF too, so the forum has the potential of affecting establishment thinking. Anyways, lurking around in BRF is free! I have been to "www. india-forum. com" too, but methinks that forum has a dearth of knowledgeable folks when compared to BRF. |
