I have been a TATA Postpaid customer and my problem is every now and then I receive at least 2 promotional calls which distracts me a lot. I hate this kind of calls when I am in some important meetings. Is there any way to deactivate this promotional calls ? If this isn't possible then suggest me some way how I can block those numbers?

Internet Slow Through Router

I am using internet service from Comcast which is 10mbps. When I connect to internet through router I found that the internet speed is very slow. I do reset the router and modem which solves the problem but it was temporary. After 2 to10 minutes, it started the same problem.
