Hi guys I am using DD Direct plus but from some days i am not able to view few channels because of poor quality strength it happens daily. i think it has tilted a little bit so this is happening. I Urgently need a Technicians address and contact no. Who can fix my problem please help help help help wanna watch common wealth games.....please help... :) :)

there is no doubt that the quality is good when compared with the charges, but the service and response of executive is worst. I reside in karol bagh- new delhi, i switched to hathway in march and now have realised that its the worst of all. At the time of purchase and installation the executive will say yes to whatever you are going to ask- about the service about the response upon a complaint. But when the problem comes they are not going to listen anything, they will keep lying on your face, nothing else. Worst thing is they take advance payment for 1year so you are bound and you cant terminate the subscription whenever you feel like. within 3months the remote provided to me stopped working and after 5months the set-top box stopped working! i launched the complaint several times and what i got is nothing but a new date with a new excuse. even the executives have no manners to talk with the customers. So i recommend to all delhi people not to think of hathway cable network, because you will only get tension and frustation.

sol 2
turn off the dhcp on your router (under lan settings)
goto wan settings and set your connection to run on bridge mode by editing it. (lan/br0 instead of PPPOE)
put your username and password in Netgear basic settings window and remove the IP address that you manually put in there. Set that to obtain from ISP
Now that should give you the desired result.

^ Only day-time downloads. I'm gonna shoot an email to the Nodal Officer now. He had promised me that after crossing 20GB, speed will drop to 512 Kbps. However, my speed has dropped to 256 Kbps. I might even end up surrendering this connection. :|

How to activate GPRS internet plan on BSNL mobile connection ?

Hope the short codes like "SMS GPRS13 to 53733" will work for Punjab circle also.

If you're thinking of quitting HG, then you're doing it wrong. When they say you're using too many resources - they mean it. I mean they are not lying. Upgrade to their VPS, if you can. I won't even think of comparing any other hosting company with HG. Post in their public forums if you need an explanation from their staff.

Thanks for the response. I believe YOU Telecom sucks big time! My only problem with Reliance is that I use their Netconnect in the past and I ve hardly got the advertsied speed. I hope its not the same case with their wired broadband :) BSNL has insane FUP polices as well!

Hi guys,
thinking of switching from Airtel since hate the FUP limits. Can someone please give me feedback on Reliance broadband? My usage is medium even though three computers in the house are connected via wi-fi currently. Are there many downtimes and how is the CC?
