You can use 2 connections at a time, but it is difficult to attain the double or combo speed.

I should mention here that mouthshut is known to temper with customer reviews.

there was a pretty solid case i heard sometime back.

there are very strong possibilities that they simply take money from brands and companies to remove/hide negative reviews about them.

the quality of rankings they have... it is a very strong business model for them.

The problem is with DNS, i dont have a clear idea of what DNS is but i solved the problem following some tips i found here

anyways, here is how i fixed it on my computer...

1. Open "control panel"> "Network connections"> under the tab "General" select " Internet Protocol (tcp/ip)"> properties

2. Select "use the following DNS server addresses" and

3. enter the addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and click ok....

that should do it... just refresh the site and the facebook photos should show up

(these addresses are of google's public DNS servers.... but using these will surely restrict u from using chinese sites coz china blocks google services if i'm correct, but this should surely fix the facebook issue)

anyways.. we shouldn't have to do these things..

.. i called asianet and they said they have gotten the same complaint before and are working on it...

i asked one of the top official from mtnl , he assured a change in tariff on the occasion of deepawali, he also told about the 2mbps speed some are getting is only due to mtnl faults they are rectifying these now
