Best Broadband Service Provider in India Posted: 04 Oct 2010 03:06 AM PDT I have used wireline : Reliance broadband, TATA broadband and Airtel broadband in last 3 years in pune. Reliance dosnt support online payment nor they update bill payed on time in there sub-offices. so i had to switch to TATA. Tata is good but they are expensive, when i can get more speed in same amount from airtel. Also tata timely update/maintain there server which is loss to users like me for almost 3-4 days where as with Airtel I never had any problem regarding server up-gradation or online payments ( we see immediate reflection of a/c payment ). I have enjoyed unlimited 1 mbps speed until i change my location. Now I m looking fwd to get new service since there are new players on ground like MTS-Blaze, Tikona wi-fi etc. since Tata refused to give me new connection because they have stopped giving connection to home users as well as there plans are expensive for nothing. Airtel finds my society wont generate enough revenue for there wireline broadband and reliance stopping to give there wireline connections soon to promote there wi-max. I find airtel is better in prizing and customer care support. ( I know some peoples here are angry for fair use policy but there are more options to avail like get unlimited ( w/o any download-speed limitation :P ) plan. With reference to my friends using BSNL broadband what i find it, BSNL broadband takes lods of time to connect even though if its always on connection or there customer care dosnt actually care about customers :P So my vote goes to AIRTEL. |

Reliance Wi- Max or Airtel Broadband?? Posted: 04 Oct 2010 02:35 AM PDT Hello Friends, I have changed my location from one society to other ( 0.5 km away from previous one in pune itself ), previously i was using Airtel unlimited 1200 with 1 mbps speed at night and 512 kbps day time. Because of some technical?? ( Airtel: we cant give 1 connection in 1 society as the device costs almost 3-4 lacks for wireline broadband and we should revenue that much in coming years & we cant shift your old connection here as well.Tata Indicom Broadband: We have stopped giving connections to Home users. Reliance: Never replied to my mail for new connection in last 20 days.) But all of a sudden a customer executive came with wimax plan as he cant give wireline connection too .oo(becoz who will take expensive wi-max then :P) and same day Airtel customer executive came and collected my documents for new wire line connection for impatient 1699 plan without any fair use policy. I dont know if they will still give me connection or not. My main purpose of internet is downloading data and lots of data ;) and my quetsion is should I go for Reliance Wi- Max or Airtel Broadband?? Wi - Max costing me 1200 INR p.m. for 600 kbps unlimited download speed where as airtel broadband offering me 2mbps unlimited ( without any fair use policy ) for 1699 INR p.m. |
