Galaxy S - why release it - too many issues

I have just bought the Galaxy S on 3 weeks before, it is performing well but I am getting issues when I tried to get applications on to my phone. Also I have found that Kies which is the recommend software for this mobile phone actually this software is does not supported by this mobile phone. I don't know why it is not supporting, if you are having any suggestion then please reply me.

I have an Optiplex 740, and I'm running Windows XP. I call to Optiplex techsupport but nothing helps. A local technecian tested my optiplex using Dell smart drive and he run two test. I am having one issue with the device of mine that is Dell Dimension 1100 PC Desktop on which whenever i am trying to install the audio driver i am getting the error regarding the R105155.exe corruption.
