How to Activate Airtel SIM for USB Modem ?

Posted: 24 Sep 2010 02:28 AM PDT

Dial *567*1# from your Airtel mobile for all GPRS info including various packs.
Dial 12118 for Airtel GPRS helpline(50p per call)
APN airtelgprs.com is all that is needed to access internet via datacard.
Internet via Airtel on the Edge Network is quite good.

Which part is no longer true? Price sensitivity? Hmm. Maybe. We are still finding it to some extent. Anyway, how does Bombay win out if the prices are so significantly different? A CPE costs for... Rs80 a month... 2000 to buy? Overall, pricing is crazy. They have 2 1mbit/s plans, 3 2mbit/s plans, 3 4mbit/s plans. Hmm. I suppose it depends on the plan. But on higher plans, probably not worth it.

How many times did Vodafone (Orange/Hutch) ask you to submit documents?

Posted: 24 Sep 2010 02:06 AM PDT

Dont worry Airtel has also asked a number of it's subscribers via SMS to re submit their documents recently ,I being one of them.Although I have been Airtel Prepaid customer for many years now. When I went to re submit the documents there were already many people already doing the same.

Interesting thing is there are atleast 2 more Airtel numbers in our family but they weren't asked to submit documents again.

I did ask the customer care as to why they are asking for documents again after so many years of my being their customer for which they had no answer.

The PC software doesn't allow me to dial *123*6#. Any more clues? Thanks in advance!

Do you have USSD button on your 3G datacard software ?
If so then click on that and enter the code again there and send.

just stick to imgur. there are no rules of course.

from my experience imageshack kill images if they become too popular and consume too much bandwidth.

in comparison? imgur never does that.

imgur: the simple image sharer

285GB consumed by this image alone.
