You must have read in newspapers of customers getting a shocker such as bills of 2 lacs or so from BSNL...do u REALLY think these people pay up and then run after their money by going to the consumer court...dont think so mate :imwink:
Try it and see what happens. Any telecom provider or government utility provider will disconnect the service till you pay up. The only option will be for you to pay and get the service restored or wait till the dispute is settled.

I think it is a really a cool service it allows you to unwind after work or in your free time you may just need a little entertainment and I am definitely a gaming person (not a hardcore gamer) these games are stressbusters and with the addition in variety of games one can explore new & different areas that also makes it interesting and relieving. same problem for me also, did u call sales dude, did u get any reply?

i called CSE so many times but everybody is confusing me, one time they told me that 15 days offer is active and another time is not active. in my account "Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited" is showing 16007 MB. i asked local callcentre, they replied that the amount will be debited in the upcoming bill no overcharging is there, so now whom i have to trust. plz reply asap.

To make web browsing a little smoother you can try using google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 servers and a browser like latest Firefox, Chrome which do things like DNS-prefetching to speed up browsing a little... other than that there is high lag/latency on Indian net connections in general which makes browsing not as responsive as you would expect on an 8mbps plan (I have the same plan).

Thanks for the help, actually we are having 14" TV of LG at home & we are satisfied with it. Also, i don't think that there would be any change in the picture & sound quality even if i get HD DVR or HD satellite of any other company as my TV is a normal one. But within 3 years i am going to buy an LCD HD TV as soon as i get my first job, at that time i will get it changed or exchanged, depending on the company's policies that time!!!!!!

Shaplus and Networx shows doubles the data, if BSNL portal says 100 MB, this software says 200 MB. :cry:
